INGREDIENTS & ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Our Cakes, Cupcakes, Brownies, Cookies & Macarons ingredients vary depending on the
cake design chosen, however, below is an insight to what we use.
CAKES/CUPCAKES/ BROWNIES
Base ingredients:
Plain Flour (contains Wheat Gluten), Butter, Sugar, Buttermilk, Vegetable
Oil, Eggs, Milk, Raising agents and Salt.
Depending on cake flavours/ type, we will also add: Cocoa powder, Corn flour, Chocolate
chips (both white and/ or Brown), Lemon rind, 100s & 1000s, Food colouring, Food flavouring
SUGAR COOKIES
Base ingredients:
Plain Flour (contains Wheat Gluten), Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Raising agents
Depending on flavors requested we also add: Cocoa powder, Ginger, Lemon rind, 100s & 1000s
MACARONS
Base ingredients:
Almond Flour (contains nuts), Sugar, Eggs, Cream of tartar
Depending on flavours requested we also add: Cocoa powder, Food colouring &/or 100s & 1000s
FROSTING/ ICING
Base ingredients:
Buttercream: Butter, Icing sugar, Egg whites (if meringue based), Sugar, Gelatine (marshmallow based)
Royal Icing : Icing sugar, store brought meringue powder, fresh lemon juice, vanilla essence)
Fondant :Store bought
Depending on flavours requested we also add: Cocoa powder, Melted chocolate, Nutella,
Oreo cookies, Caramel, Peanut butter, Biscoff spread, Pistachio cream, Food colouring,
Food flavouring (Vanilla essence, Strawberry essence etc.)
FILLINGS
HOME MADE
Pistachio cream, Caramel, Lemon curd, Strawberry filling, Chocolate Ganache, Strawberry filling

We use Store bought fondant.

Oreo cookies, Pretzels, Biscoff cookies, Hazel nuts, Ganache (chocolate, peanut butter, Biscoff, Nutella)

Vanilla essence or Strawberry flavouring.

Some of our decorations and ingredients do come with warnings from the suppliers that they are processed on machinery that also processes nut products, so a risk of cross- contamination may occur, hence this advice.
We ask to exercise caution if you have a severe allergy.
